Taking photos was never a clear interest of mine until college, Id like to say I’ve had this passion as long as I can remember but I’m glad I found this outlet later on in my life. I took a major in college that unexpectedly required learning adobe products and creating photo/video content for various classes. At the time I thought nothing of it other than a fun skill to learn along with other business classes that were required of me. What was more of a hobby became a little more when a close friend and branding photographer told me I should give photography an honest try. I wasn’t sure this was something I was cut out to do with all of the amazing work I was seeing on a daily basis from my favorite photographers and brands. Her response was “give it your best shot for a year, if you have fun don’t stop” so I took that advice and I haven’t stopped taking photos since.
Since then I’ve gained an even greater passion for the outdoors and the products that help us stay out there for longer and be more successful while doing it. Through this discovery I’ve had the opportunity to meet and take photos with some amazing brands such as Rural Cloth, Marsh Wear Clothing, Treaty Oak Whiskey, Watershed Drybags, Diablo Paddle Sports, Lander and more. I’m always looking to connect with people and brands who are as passionate about the outdoors as I am.
